There are some back up plug-ins which send you the backup files in the form of an email attachment. First download this backup plug-in from wordpress.org. When you hit the download button and install this plug-in in your blog, the link of the author’s site will automatically get added in your blog.
However, you can easily remove that link from your blog and continue using this wonderful plug-in. I being an experienced blogger prefer using the backup plug-in from Dan Coulter. I got it from Amazon S3 and I am satisfied very much with this plug-in. The best things about this plug-in that I like the most are
Key Reasons To Like:
1. The first thing I liked about it was that you just need to add the access keys of Amazon S3 to get this plug-in activated. No configuration required and your plug-in starts working. All you files are saved to a S3 bucket created automatically by the plug-in.
2. This plug-in saves your WordPress themes and some other important configurations like wp-config.php, and .htaccess, along with the database backup.
3. You just need to fix the schedule of backups and it happens in the background automatically. You can also take the manual snapshots as it suits to you.
The only glitch in this plug-in is that it is not free. Amazon S3 charges you according to the bytes of data stores. You can however set the plug-in to delete the data older than a month automatically.

I certainly believe that this backup plugin will really help a lot of people who has an access on WordPress and they will surely benefit from it. Good thing you were able to share this article to us. It really means so much to us most specifically to people like me who is into online marketing.
Backing up is crucial. Too often, we don’t really think about the need to back up. We trust that our web host is going to keep a backup copy for us. However, I would always prefer to have a copy of my hard drive. What do you guys think?

I always have a backup of everything. I’ve learned from the past that when something happens to your hard drive, it is pretty much impossible to get all of the data back that you want. When I work on Indianapolis Web Design projects, I make sure that all of my clients’ files are stored on a separate hard drive. I think that your article on how to backup wordpress database is a reminder that we all need to do this.
