A halt has been put on the Samsung’s growing reign when it comes for winning the market with the galaxy smartphone series and tablets by none other than our very own Apple.
Apple claimed that Samsung have copied their winning products to make their own. But i guess Samsung forget the very old saying that you can’t never win if you copy or steal.

The lawsuit that apple put against Samsung is for copying the basic features of iPhone and iPad starting from the look and product design as well as the user interface. Apple also sued Samsung for copying the packing also. The most astonishing thing is the addition of nexus s to the list of copied patents, and this model runs on android 2.3 flourishing under Google that’s what i guess it’s going to be indicated and apple has or will be claiming that the major part of the problem is android 2.3.
Before this lawsuit, Samsung was considered to be topping the world for its masterpiece galaxy series, but we didn’t thought that it would turn to be a copy. This time it seems Apple have hit Samsung in the worst way, as the new iPad 2 will take the position of the tabs by Samsung and their galaxy series would be replaced by iPhone.
This lawsuit have made it sure that apple is having a good and profitable year ahead as just with the launch of its unique product it was able to remove the biggest rival in the market, and we all know that with no competition there is complete autonomy and monopoly on the product you are selling.
As proposed Apple is seeming to be in a stronger position with the lawsuit and it is for sure that Samsung will have to pay a heavy price and not only this it will have to obtain the license or patent approval before using the features again.
This all is going to add in the apple’s profit and it might turn to be a very big sum and for sure the workers in Apple are going to get a pay raise if not the perks and pearls.

I dont really get it…there are only so many ways to make a smart phone look “sexy” Im sure Samsung took some stuff from Apple but they are hardly identical.

I think the world of smartphones is dog eat dog. Apple and Samsung obvously steal each other’s ideas so what’s the pint in going to court?
Lorocos con queso. El Iphone es la mera mera mengambrea asada, la ley de la tierra y todavia mejor que el que tenia el Capitan Kirk. Yeahhhh…. la mera ley. EL samsung no creo que le llegue a los talones… ni mucho menos a suela de los zapatos en los proximos 5 años. Y la escusa será como siempre que fue hecho especificamente para un segmento y no la realidad de no tener el conocimiento ni expertice de poderlo hacer. Ese es mi comentario.
