    Yogesh,

Superficially, there are two things wrong with this post: first, overuse of emphases. When you either bold or italicize at least one word of every sentence in a post, it lessens the intended impact dramatically. Second, there is a grammatical error in every sentence of this post. Yes, I’m serious:

    > “WordPress is world’s most famous blogging software on internet.”

You are missing two instances of the word, “the”, as well as the word, “for”.

    > “Sustainable development of web technology make web users to take blogging and website development as a profession to make money.”

Use “makes”, drop the “to”, add a verb following the “take” and the first _half_ of the sentence is decent.

    > “The key reason behind WordPress popularity is because of open source blog publishing application that is powered by PHP and MySQL.”

“WordPress” is used possessively, and as such, should be written “WordPress’”. To make the sentence even make sense in English, replace the “of” with “it is”. The reasoning behind the actual statement is dubious, but at least it will be readable.

    > “Search engine optimization makes it easier for your content to be rank high in search engine.”

“to be rank high” should be “to be ranked higher”; “search engine” should be “search engines”.

    > “So users must go through to select best SEO plugins for WordPress.”

Again, the reasoning behind your statement is dubious, but the sentence should read, “So, users must select the best SEO plugins for WordPress.”

    > “Many people say SEO is heart of every web structure.”

You are missing the word, “the”.

    > “So here are 23 best WordPress plugins that helps to optimize post title and can communicate with search engine robots to recognize your content effectively.”

“So here are 23 best..” should read “So, here are 23 of the best..”; “helps” should be “help”; and finally, drop the “to”. The rest of that sentence is yours because it’s broken in too many ways to be fixable in the five minutes I’ve dedicated to your English.

Finally, consistency – work on it. You use the term “WordPress” four times; half the time it’s written as “WordPress”. Learn which is correct and stick with it.

It’s amazing that so much can be wrong with a six sentence blog post, but I hope you take it well and apply this lesson to your future posts. Writing in a language without regards to its accepted usage, conventions, grammars, etc. is tantamount to disrespect – this is hardly your intention, I’m sure. Prove it.

PS: My focus was on the nice, free advice you offered, so I did not notice the grammar stuff. But hey! I suppose that there is a reason for the fact that none of us are teaching English grammar at the local university. I would be most grateful, if you keep your good hints and advice coming and F@&k the grammar. Have a nice day.

    Melissa,

“Nice list of plugins! I have a lot of plugins “collected”… I want to know if having too many plugins on 1 site will it slow down my blog? Thanks”

    Word of advice about plugins.

I too had a truck load of plugins on one of my sites and begin to experience all kinds of problems the least of which was speed. Two of the plugins were actually harvesting user information from site visitors – unbelievable! How insulting and deceptive. Needless to say I’ve dumped a lot of the plugins and opted for custom functions that are completely under my control.

Personally I would take a hard look at your sites plugins and see if you can build their functionality into your site and then dump them.

  48. Really nice recopilation, I’m using All in One Seo in almost every site I start, it’s great.
